Affittacamere Timpa is a brand new structure, located a few metres from the castle and the sea (Petrolo beach and marina) inserted in the old fishing village of Castellammare del Golfo (Emporium Segestanorum).

The structure dates back from 1970 and was recently renovated and enjoys a wide view of the Gulf of Castellammare side Capo Rama (Terrasini). Located on the cove of Petrolo ancient port of trade. The name Timpa indicates the place where the food was left to be loaded on ships, indeed Castellammare del Golfo was the most flourishing seaport of western Sicily.

The apartment is located above the wall that delimits the beach Petrolo, accessible by a staircase that is 300 meters away. Through a second staircase, 50 meters away, you can access the tourist port and dock.

At our guests' disposal there is a large living room with sea view and a fully equipped kitchen.
