The Piratello is located in the vicinity of Lake Trasimeno, on the border between Umbria and Tuscany , this closeness between the two regions creates a perfect mix in the language and landscape as well as in the traditions and in the kitchen making it an unforgettable location.

The Piratello is an old farm completely restored maintaining the style and colors of traditional ancient houses.
The interiors are furnished and finished in tuscan style.
Large and comfortable fully furnished apartments on the ground floor surrounded by green lawn, overlooking the lake, each with independent entrance.


Guests can use of mountain bikes, equipment for sunbathing and have lunch in the garden with the possibility of enjoying the barbecue and a relaxation area outside.

By car:
- From the A1 take the road PERUGIA BETTOLLE direction PERUGIA, continue about 25 km and exit at Tuoro sul Trasimeno.
From here follow the signs to PASSIGNANO-VERNAZZANO turn at VERNAZZANO (about 1.5 km), go through the town until you find IL PIRATELLO.

- From the road E45 go in direction PERUGIA-AREZZO, surpassed PERUGIA, continue to AREZZO and exit at Tuoro sul Trasimeno.
From here follow the signs to PASSIGNANO-VERNAZZANO turn at VERNAZZANO (about 1.5 km), go through the town until you find IL PIRATELLO.

By train:
- Line FIRENZE-ROMA get off at Terontola, from here Line PERUGIA-TERONTOLA down at Tuoro sul Trasimeno.
